Delete your account

You can delete your BarterFly account yourself in the app. You must be signed in. This page is for App Store and Google Play so you can see the exact path.

How to delete in the app

1. Open BarterFly and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Open Settings (Privacy & preferences).
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm in the alert: Delete account.

Path: Profile → Settings → Delete account

What happens next

• Your account is deactivated and you are signed out.
• Login tokens for this account are revoked.
• App data stored on that device is cleared.
• You will need a new account if you want to use BarterFly again.

If you cannot open the app

Send a deletion request from the support form. Use the same email as your BarterFly account, choose topic Account & login, and write that you want the account deleted.
